- the applicant has an Unconditional Loan Approval; or
- an Exchanged Contract for Sale of a property being sold in order to buy; and
- statement of funds (Bank Statements, shares in publicly listed companies, term deposits) to contribute to settlement

All durations of 6 months and greater require an Equity Backed Application (either Individuals or Corporates).
